Breakfast
Extra Bed is 1500 THB per night
Airport Transfer is 200 THB per Adult each way (Children under 12 years free of charge)
*Minimum 7 Nights Booking for Peak Season & Compulsory Charge of 3000 THB per adult and 1500 THB for children aged 3-12 years for Christmas Day Brunch (25 December 2007) & 4000 THB for adult and 2000 THB for children for New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner & Party (31 December 2007) will be added to room upon confirmed booking

Booking Conditions:
50% Deposit is required to confirm accommodation in all seasons. If arrival is within 1 Month of Season A dates, full amount is required to secure booking.

Cancellation Conditions:

Check-in date within Season C:
For any cancellation occurring between deposit payment date and 15 days to arrival due date, deposit is refunded less 1 night’s stay.  Deposit is forfeited for any cancellations less than 15 days of check-in date.

Check-in date within Season B:
For any cancellation occurring between deposit payment date and 21 days to arrival due date, deposit is refunded less 1 night’s stay.  Deposit is forfeited for any cancellations less than 21 days of check-in date.

Check-in date within Season A:
Deposit and/or full amount is forfeited for any cancellation after payment has been made.

No Shows:
Deposit is non-refundable

Early Check Outs:
If checking out earlier than confirmed departure date, 1 additional room night shall be charged and deposit is non-refundable.
